Sérignan is a small town in the
Languedoc region of France on the banks of the Orb river. It is located near the Mediterranean coast but closer to the Spanish border.
The nearest big town is Béziers. It used to be a quiet little
village about 20 years ago but developped tremendously since then. It is quite near the costal town of
Valras (now referred to as Valras-Plage
to emphasize the beach (plage in French) connection. It is quite popular with German and Dutch tourists in
the summer. |
